Full Time Programs

Below you will find general information about all full time programs. Click here for an overview of programs, as well as links to schedules and more detailed descriptions of each program.

Admission Requirements

The Trumbull Career & Technical Center does not admit adult students under the federal “ability to benefit” clause. Therefore, all students entering full-time training programs must have a High School Diploma or GED prior to registering for any full-time program.

ACT WorkKeys

All students are required to complete the following three ACT WorkKeys assessments within the first week of their program: Applied Mathematics, Reading for Information and Location Information.  Occupational benchmark levels for each assessment must be met as part of the TCTC graduation requirements.  Click here for more information see WorkKeys.

Registration Policy*

Students must provide the following at the time of registration

  •  Copy of high school diploma or GED

  • $75 course deposit (applied directly to student's balance)

*Some programs have additional requirements. For example, there are additional requirements for the LPN program, including a pre-entrance test. Check with the appropriate program coordinator for more information.

Graduation Requirements

Students who successfully complete a full-time program will receive a Career Passport, which includes a Certificate of Completion, transcript, list of competencies learned, and more.

Students must meet minimum performance standards to graduate. Graduation standards include a minimum of 90% attendance and a “C” average (requirements in some programs may be higher).

Students must also attain minimum ACT WorkKeys scores as established by the Ohio Department of Education.
